  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    After placing your order please allow 1-4 business days (for NON PRE-ORDER items) to be shipped. If the item is a PRE-ORDER please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.
  • What if I want cancel my order?
    If you would like to cancel before we send your order over to our warehouse there will be cancellation fee of $25.
  • Are the shoes authentic?
    All of our shoes can be verified and are high of quality.
  • What if I thought the appearance of my item was going to be different?

  • How can I track my order status?
    When ordering please be sure to provide us with the correct email to receive your tracking number.
  • What if I ordered the wrong size?
    Please be sure to take a look at our sizing chart to avoid this problem. However if you order the wrong size you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return we will provide the label. *Sizing chart linked at the bottom of this page*
